1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
2. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across all levels and functions.
3. Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop role-specific recruiting plans.
4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using both proactive and reactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, events, etc.).
5. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance excellence and continuous development.
6. Optimize recruitment processes and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
7. Track and report on key metrics to measure recruiting effectiveness and drive data-based improvements.
8. Champion employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with hiring laws and internal policies.
