Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidate suitability. Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and finalizing employment terms.Qandle Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Collabrating : Collabrating with Founder and HOD as well as client managers Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve departmental goals.
