Job Duties

Utilize different channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Other Channels) to source for the open roles
Work with Senior Associates and Experienced Associates in the TA team to understand requirements and deliver as per expectations

Schedule and Coordinate interviews of candidates sourced

Update candidate status on Talent Tracker

Facilitate pre-onboarding connects & highlight Red flags to concerned Recruiter

Qualifications

Graduation from any stream, masters preferred in HR.

Experience

1 (one) to 3 (Three) years of experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Communication Skills

Excel Knowledge

Ability to navigate multiple priorities.
