Position: Talent Sourcer

Location: Pune (Viman Nagar) – Work from Office

We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team for India hiring. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing through different channels with a traditional and innovative approach, competitors and market intelligence. You will be collaborating with the hiring managers and recruiters on daily bases to continuously build up the sourcing pipeline. The role includes and is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruiter to prepare and identify the candidate persona through market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Responsible for posting on different job boards, company websites and social media.
  • Good understanding through different job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, X-Ray search, Github & stack overflow.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for current and future roles.
  • Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates to promote job opportunities.
  • Maintain a talent pool database, ensuring all candidate information is up to date.
  • Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize strategies.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition best practices.
  • keen eye for identifying potential talent in alignment with job requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
