Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing.

Proactively source and build a talent pipeline through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated with hiring trends, best practices, and tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Good understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

A proactive mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
