Professional & Technical Skills: a Experience supporting clinical or healthcare-related applications outside of Epic systems.b Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.c Good communication skills to interact effectively with clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors.d Familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology is beneficial to understand user needs and system impact.e Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.f Hands on experience of Servers, Network, Security, Vulnerabilities & Remediation, Disaster Recoveryg Experience with system testing, configuration, and documentation.h Previous experience in healthcare IT or clinical informatics roles supporting non-Epic applications.i Knowledge of specific healthcare applications such as Practice Management systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) other than Epic, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or other ancillary clinical systems.j Familiarity with compliance and security standards in healthcare IT.
