Syringe - Sales Manager Experienced

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Sanjeevni Meditech Pvt Ltd which is a Syringe and IV set, UV cannula manufacturing company, basedin Bareilly. The area of working is Western Uttar Pradesh from Ghaziabad, Saharanpur, Meerut to moradabad, bareilly and Shahjahanpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional/national sales strategies for syringes to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare institutions, government procurement bodies, and distributors.
• Expand market share by onboarding new clients and distributors, and penetrating new geographical areas.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
• Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales executives and territory managers.
• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and market visibility.
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and its product offerings.
• Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of syringes, medical devices, or healthcare consumables.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
