  : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored sustainability finance solutions.

• Team Management

  : Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering professional growth.

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in sustainability

  , specifically within consulting or market research in the

  Finance, ESG, Climate Finance, and Carbon Market

  sectors.
• Proven ability to

  lead sustainability projects & ESG initiatives

• Strong capabilities in building

• Proficiency in guiding clients on

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• CFA Level 3 / MBA

  with

  6+ years of experience

  in sustainability finance.
• Proven track record of success in advisory or consulting roles focused on sustainability and ESG in the financial sector.
