Key Responsibility Supplier Quality Engineer | Metals (Targets, Wafers, MASK, Quartz etc ) Know-how for identifying, evaluating, selecting, sourcing ?Specialty MATERIALSneeded for SEMI-FAB, Collaborate across Supply Chain teams like, Technical sourcing, Purchasing Support developing commodity strategies with our suppliers and ensuring quality and timely delivery of these materials to establish and sustain FAB production efficiency, Responsible for establishing Supplier quality standards by monitoring supplier processes, conducting audits, identifying potential quality issues, and working with suppliers to implement corrective actions, ultimately guaranteeing the high quality of the final semiconductor product, Additional Technical Requirements Technical understanding of material properties, their purity levels, and general understanding of its impact on Wafer fabrication processes, Process Understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 certifications Supplier Qualifications/Audits Good to Have Supplier Quality Understanding Incoming/outgoing quality inspection, SPC data monitoring, NC management (8D methodology), 6 sigma methodologies etc Qualification BE Chemical (Other relevant degrees for Materials) Experience 5 ~ 10 years experienced in Semiconductor or relevant industry
