Job Description

Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years experience in a reputed TV Channel/Studio in managing Broadcast and IT Equipment and Operations. In case of Diploma holders, minimum experience in a TV Channel should be 5 years.

Job Description

1. Record the programme from each Studio and maintain the Log for each recording on a daily basis.

2. Monitor Audio and Video recording throughout and ensure the recording quality is as per Broadcast Standards

3. Check all Audio/Video/Network cables in the Studio and ensure there is no fault in the cables/connectors.

4. Ensure the content in the Server is accessible by the Edit and Graphic Systems for Post-Production and monitor the content movement.

5. Coordinate with Editors and Graphic Designer.

6. Maintain and Support all Software Applications used in the Studios.

7. Manage Broadcast, IT and Network equipment in the Studios including troubleshooting and service.
