Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Student Visa Counsellor. The Student Visa Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on international educational opportunities, career counseling, and helping students with visa applications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting information sessions, handling customer inquiries, and assisting students in understanding and meeting visa requirements. The counsellor will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on country-specific visa regulations and education systems.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Education and related sectors
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of visa regulations for countries like the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and New Zealand is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
