Student Field Counsellors

• Visit schools, local coaching centres, and tuition hubs to spread awareness about Fee Caddy's offerings.
• Educate students and parents about topic-wise and subject-wise courses available through our partner institutes.
• Counsel students on the right academic path based on their interests and exam goals (JEE/NEET).
• Assist in onboarding students to the platform and guide them through the EMI-based payment process.
• Set up info desks, flyers, and seminars in school and coaching campuses.
• Build strong relationships with coaching institutes and act as a liaison for new course offerings.
• Share regular field updates and feedback with the internal sales and product team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling within assigned areas.
• Knowledge of the JEE/NEET ecosystem is a plus.
• Sales/marketing/counselling experience in EdTech or education services is preferred.
• Basic understanding of student needs in grades 9–12.
