Job Responsibilities Provide guidance about Digital Marketing, Software Testing course and scope of the course to students or parents Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to help them define their career goals in digital marketing or Software Testing Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide tailored guidance and support for individuals interested in pursuing digital marketing courses Convert students (leads) to admission Sourcing out new sales opportunities through making follow-up of inbound lead and through outbound hot calls and emails Attend online demo sessions, offline workshops to counsel students and increase admissions Experience & Skills Required Min 1 year experience working as academic counselor Good communication skills over English and Malayalam is a must have attribute Candidates should be a good listener and expert at presentations.
