Store Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with transport for unloading raw materials. 2. Manage storage space for raw materials. 3. Maintain stock records in Tally and Excel. 4. Daily check raw material requirements. 5. Prepare and share weekly stock reports with Production and Purchase departments. 6. Send purchase requisition details to Purchase department via email. 7. Maintain all godowns, tracking material inflow/outflow. 8. Prepare monthly non-moving stock report and submit to MD. 9. Conduct weekly physical checks on RM, WIP, and FG stock. 10. Identify and report essential maintenance work for godowns to Maintenance department. 11. Monitor and address deviations. Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in store management - Proficiency in Excel & Tally - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Store management: 2 years (Required) total work: 2 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Location: Vasai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
