Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Stitching Master to lead and manage the stitching team responsible for the production of cushions, backrests, neck pillows, and other ergonomic textile-based products. The ideal candidate should be skilled in various stitching techniques, pattern cutting, and quality control, with the ability to guide a team of tailors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily stitching operations and manage a team of tailors and helpers. Read and interpret stitching specifications, patterns, and product samples. Ensure consistent quality and finishing across all stitched products. Develop and cut fabric patterns as per product design requirements. Conduct training sessions for junior tailors to maintain stitching standards. Inspect finished goods for quality and troubleshoot stitching issues on the floor. Coordinate with the production and design team to meet deadlines and sample requirements. Maintain inventory of stitching tools, threads, and machine maintenance. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in stitching or tailoring, preferably in a furniture, mattress, garment, or cushion manufacturing setup. Expertise in industrial sewing machines (flat lock, overlock, zigzag, etc.). Strong knowledge of pattern cutting and fabric handling. Ability to manage and train a stitching team. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control. Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods during production. Preferred: Prior experience in manufacturing ergonomic products or cushions. Exposure to textile product development or prototyping.
