This is a full-time role for an experienced 3D pattern maker who is meticulous with details and driven by the pattern making aspect of the design/fitting process. This candidate will play a key role in creating and improving overall fit and aesthetic of Proto samples to production, to increasing overall speed to market by using CLO 3D to minimise the number of samples being made. The person in this role will require a passion for developing technically sound garments with fits specialising in tailoring and draping that caters to the brands requirement using CLO 3D technology. This position requires an eye for detail and an out of the box thinker who can collaborate with the existing team, vendors and across all levels of the organization. Please note that this is an in-person job based in Manesar, Gurgaon. Responsibilities : Diploma or Bachelor's degrees in fashion design, digital fashion, or any other relevant to fashion, pattern making, and 3D designing Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and pattern making Work Experience: 5+ years in the industry Basic fluency in English for communication and documentation Work closely with the Design team to create and adjust first patterns in digital CLO 3D software and 2D CAD Communicate and coordinate with the team (including the factory’s Pattern Masters) to ensure desired fit and design intent is executed in the 1st development stage, and to resolve any issues Produce a professional and detailed tech pack for sample making (including detailed measurements, construction methods, and trim details) using Adobe Illustrator Apply grading to CLO 3D avatars to check all sizes are proportionately balanced Translate the physically draped patterns from the dressform to patterns in CLO 3D Ensure all pattern revisions are completed within a timely manner to ensure deadlines are maintained.
