Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in line with medical guidelines and treatment plans.
• Monitor and record patients' conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards.
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (Freshers can apply).
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹48,889.73 per month
