Sr. Software Developer

As a Software Developer, your main responsibility will be to design and develop software applications according to specifications. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to define software requirements and ensure that the applications meet the desired standards. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and debug applications to guarantee optimal performance. It is essential to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and share this knowledge with the team. Furthermore, you will be expected to mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE IT/CE, BCA/MCA, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development is required, along with a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming languages such as C#.net and .NET core. A thorough understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum is necessary. Experience with web development frameworks such as Rest/Soap API, entity framework, and knowledge of database management systems like MSSQL are crucial. Additional experience with web development technologies like React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB is considered a plus.
