Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive located in Noida. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members and maintaining up-to-date records of transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and preparing Sales Presentations
• Strong Negotiation and Contract Closing abilities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Good communication skills and good presentable.
• Minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
