Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute overseas recruitment plans for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects
• Oversee sourcing for mid to senior-level engineering, project management, and technical roles across GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia
• Guide junior recruiters in effective sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation
• Develop job briefs with technical teams and ensure alignment with project demands and regional hiring norms
• Coordinate with visa and mobilization teams on documentation, timelines, and onboarding logistics
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings to manage expectations, hiring pipelines, and compliance updates
• Monitor talent trends across global locations to build proactive talent pools for niche profiles
• Ensure ATS records, compliance checks, and documentation standards are consistently met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Management, or related discipline; MBA preferred

• 3+ years

  of proven international recruitment experience in core industry sectors
• Strong exposure to engineering and site-based roles in overseas environments
• Ability to lead recruitment drives independently across multiple geographies
• Advanced sourcing skills using global platforms, industry networks, and Boolean search
• Familiarity with labor market insights and talent availability in Oil & Gas and EPC domains
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting dashboards, and recruitment analytics tools
