Job Description

The role can be based in Delhi or Coimbatore. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all non-food goods order processing activities, from pre-order facilitation through to shipment, are carried out in accordance with procurement planning. Acting as a bridge between local suppliers and internal customers, you will collaborate with commercial, quality, and logistics teams to facilitate timely order placement and shipments. Your role will involve problem-solving, proactive risk management, and maintaining clear communication with clients and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and executing the entire order placement workflow, following procurement planning and ensuring timely and accurate completion of purchase orders using enterprise systems and tools. - Serving as the primary point of contact for order administration to address anomalies and concerns among clients, commercial teams, and suppliers, and ensuring accurate reflection in enterprise systems. - Analyzing and anticipating potential production delays, collaborating with Quality teams and suppliers. - Identifying potential shipment risks and delays, and proactively communicating these to clients. - Providing regular updates to clients on order status and anticipated issues. - Developing strong relationships with international clients through clear and professional communication to meet client expectations. - Collaborating with Quality and Logistics teams or third-party logistics providers to resolve quality and shipping issues for timely shipments. - Escalating complex challenges to relevant teams for timely resolution. - Preparing periodic reports including KPI evolution, supplier performance scoring, and related preparations. Qualifications and Skills: - Academic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Supply Chain, Textile, and/or Operations). - Experience: Minimum of three to five years of professional experience in a relevant role preferred. - Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate reports. - Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills. - Communication: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with multi-cultural stakeholders. - Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure. - Team Coordination: Skilled in coordinating efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
