Sr. Officer/Officer- Collections

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for effectively managing the collections portfolio related to credit cards at the Company. They should demonstrate a solid understanding of credit cards and unsecured loans collections dynamics, with a focus on agency management to enhance agency performance metrics. The individual will be required to drive agencies" performance for pre-NPA & WOF accounts, design and improve processes for optimal outcomes, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer experience norms during collection activities.
