This role will partner closely with onshore engineering leaders and operational stakeholders to ensure business continuity, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement of fulfillment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing support and development team

Serve as the technical escalation point and hands-on leader

Drive improvements in incident tracking, severity categorization, playbook development, and data hygiene

Oversee support and enhancement coverage for critical nodes

Establish strong practices around root-cause analysis and corrective actions

Collaborate with Product and Engineering counterparts

Support a hybrid technical landscape

Drive hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and technical development of Hyderabad team members

Qualifications

14+ years of experience in software engineering or technical support roles, with at least 2+ years in engineering management

supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics systems

Go, C#, Python, or similar back-end technologies

WMS platforms (Manhattan preferred)

24x7 support

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills
