Job Description

You are a seasoned Sr. Infra Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience, looking to join our team. Your expertise lies in various ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Port Mgmt, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, GRC, FSM, CSM, and ITOM. Your role primarily involves optimizing and managing infrastructure services within a day shift hybrid model, eliminating the need for travel. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance infrastructure management and service delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD. Optimizing ServiceNow Strategic Port Mgmt to align with organizational goals and enhance project outcomes. Managing and maintaining ServiceNow GRC for compliance with industry standards. Configuring and deploying ServiceNow FSM for streamlined field service operations. Utilizing ServiceNow CSM to enhance customer service management and user experience. Implementing ServiceNow ITOM to automate IT operations and boost system performance. Providing technical expertise in Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj for accurate billing processes. Conducting system audits for performance assessments and continuous improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical specifications. Ensuring security and integrity of infrastructure systems through proactive monitoring. Staying updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Your qualifications should include proficiency in ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, GRC, FSM, CSM, and ITOM. Strong domain skills in Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members. A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies. You are required to have certifications like Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and ITIL Foundation Certification.,
