1) Payroll Management 2) Compliance 3) Attendance & Leave Management 4) Hr General Activities Location-Mumbai ( Andheri - Marol ) Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Support HR policies and procedures and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals. Handle employee engagement initiatives and activities. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS software. Assist in payroll preparation and leave/attendance management. Conduct induction/orientation programs for new hires. Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide support in employee development plans. Address employee grievances and ensure smooth resolution in compliance with company policy. Monitor statutory compliance and coordinate with external agencies (PF, ESIC, etc.). Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
