Participate in salary benchmarking studies , analyzing industry trends and summarizing key findings. Stay up-to-date with compensation trends, policies, and best practices through ongoing learning and industry research. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required ( Master's degree preferred ) in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology , or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, analytics, or reporting . Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with experience handling complex compensation data . Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced data manipulation, reporting, dashboards) . Familiarity with MS PowerPoint , with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively. Experience in salary benchmarking, compensation structures, and bonus allocations . Prior exposure to HCM systems and compensation tools is an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with a strong emphasis on confidentiality. Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment . Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail . Comfort working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders .
