Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with experience handling complex compensation data . Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced data manipulation, reporting, dashboards) . Familiarity with MS PowerPoint , with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively. Experience in salary benchmarking, compensation structures, and bonus allocations . Prior exposure to HCM systems and compensation tools is an advantage.
