Develop and manage master production schedules based on project requirements.
Plan and monitor material requirement in SAP and ensure timely availability.
Coordinate with purchase and stores for timely delivery of raw materials and bought-outs.
Use SAP (B1) for all planning and tracking activities.
Conduct daily planning meetings and ensure inter-department coordination.
Implementing, configuring and maintaining the SAP PP/B1 module, including master data, workflows and system settings.
Analysing production data within SAP to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement, generating reports on production performance.
Advance Excel working knowledge required.
Candidate must have worked in manufacturing process i.e. Steel Fabrication, steel processing.
Strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, and Project Systems Modules
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)
Excellent knowledge of steel fabrication processes and workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
Effective communication and leadership skills
