Role & responsibilities Collection, compilation and managing of underwriting data for property, employee benefit (EB) and other insurance policies renewals. Premium Calculation verification for EB policy endorsements. EB policies monthly endorsement processing. Preparation of monthly accounting entries of premium & claims. Vendor & Expense account reconciliation. Premium payment processing. Maintaining and updating Policy MIS. Follow-up for Employee Benefit Insurance Claims with various stakeholders, Insurers, Brokers, TPA etc. and resolving employees queries. Assistance in various audits. Troubleshoot and resolve all hardware and basic software issues of Advance Traffic Management system. Install software, drivers, and OS for modules in Advance Traffic Management systems. Install, configure, and test hardware at equipment location and control room of ATMS project. Perform system maintenance-hardware and software under prescribed SOPs. Test software applications and perform quality assurance tasks. Enhance existing system by analyzing the system and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project success.

Principal Functions Report to safety team at HO about any fatal accident/incident on site with 24-hour incident summary report. Regular follow up of issues pertaining to safety through RoadAid app Investigate the accidents on site and prepare a root cause analysis report with proposed measures for rectification. Periodical Road safety assessment of project road to identify any gaps or noncompliance with respect to IRC guidelines, provisions of CA and Cube SOP. Monitoring and implementation of the road safety compliance in work zones for routine and major maintenance. To provide regular training and guidance to the supervisors and workers regarding work zone safety and implementing the safety guidelines. Regular surprise checks to inspect the Incident Management system for RPVs, Ambulance & Hydra in line with IRC guidelines and agreement with the vendor. To get an update from maintenance engineer one week in advance (every Friday for the upcoming week) on routine maintenance activities schedule (baseline schedule) and report to Safety Team at HO. To review the arrangement in work zone area as per the drawings provided by HO and provide approval for commencement of the work. To coordinate with Head Safety at HO to real time monitor the ongoing work via the received images (in Road Aid) and communicate with maintenance supervisor the anomalies observed/comments during the execution of work from safety aspect. Check on the complete Detailed NCR register maintained by the safety engineer on site for capturing the observations raised. Maintain the accident statistics for monthly basis submitted to NHAI and share one copy to HO.
