Job Description

Job Title: Senior Civil Enginee
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience Required: 6 to 15 years
Industry: Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil engineering works at the plant and associated construction projects.
Supervise pipeline installation, water tank construction, and site infrastructure development.
Prepare and review civil engineering designs, estimates, and BOQs.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor on-site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
Maintain records of project progress, material usage, and contractor bills.
Handle civil maintenance and repair works within the plant premises.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
6 to 15 years of proven experience in industrial construction, preferably in aluminium or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of pipeline systems, RCC water tank structures, and civil project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related civil engineering tools.
Ability to manage a team and work under deadlines.
Good communication and reporting skills.
