About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart and social-native Content Creator to join our high-energy marketing team at Rein Games.
You’ll be responsible for ideating and producing video-first content across our brands, creator pages, and ad campaigns. From skits and meme reels to script-driven ad creatives and platform-native storytelling. You’ll help drive organic reach, engagement and revenue growth through the power of content.
This isn’t a regular content job. It’s a creator role.
What You’ll Do:
● Ideate, script, shoot, and edit content across formats: reels, shorts, memes, sketches, UGC-style videos, tutorials and creatives.
● Be a creator on our team and for our team - you’ll build your own content identity as well as contribute to our expert gaming channels.
● Manage and mentor a team of content creators across brand and creator channels.
● Review, guide, and approve scripts, shoots, and final edits to ensure content is on-brand and high-impact.
● Write compelling copy for paid ads across Google, Meta, YouTube and more.
● Stay plugged into trends, reels culture, desi internet humor, gaming lingo and timely content moments.
● Optimize content for distribution across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, ShareChat, etc.).
● Work closely with video editors, graphic designers and paid marketers to build full-stack creative flows.
● Analyze content performance data and iterate fast based on what’s working.
● Think like a startup: take ownership, pitch ideas, experiment, go viral, repeat.
What We’re Looking For:
● 3+ years of experience in content creation, especially video-first.
● Prior work in gaming, meme pages, edutainment or personal brands is a big plus.
● Comfort with being on camera, or directing those who are.
● Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts dynamics.
● Fluency in Hindi + English storytelling.
● Editing skills in Filmora, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
● Bonus: You’ve run your own page, YouTube channel or creator account.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
