Job Title: Sr. Business Development Associate – Real Estate & Client Relations
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/- Per Month + Lucrative Incentives

Job Summary:

IDC Construction is looking to grow its real estate business development team. We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals with a strong background in real estate sales, client acquisition, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business leads and growth areas in the real estate sector
• Explore untapped verticals for business development
• Conduct market research and track industry trends
• Generate and nurture leads into long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive targets
• Attend expos, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company

Requirements:

• Self-driven, creative, and goal-focused
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong skills in event coordination and client interaction
• Bachelor's degree in any stream preferred
• Experience in real estate business development is an advantage
• Willingness to travel based on project needs
