Job Description

Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and project documentation for residential projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects from conceptualization to execution. Prepare detailed estimates for construction costs, including material lists and labor requirements. Manage project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and identify potential roadblocks. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process. Job Requirements : Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, SketchUp; strong understanding of architectural design principles. Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers. Strong problem-solving skills; attention to detail and analytical thinking.
