Ebco India is looking for passionate and driven Specification Managers to join our high-impact team and lead demand generation by engaging with Architects, Designers (A&D), and Project Management Consultants (PMC).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on influencing key decisions at the design and planning stage, building lasting industry relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with top A&D and PMC firms to drive project specifications

• Build strategic account plans for high-potential firms and projects

• Represent Ebco at industry exhibitions and forums

• Collaborate with distributor teams to expand presence in Tier-2 markets

• Deliver compelling product presentations and technical support

✅ What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in specification sales (preferably in building materials or architectural hardware)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven track record of handling key influencers and accounts

• Graduation in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Business Management (preferred)
