Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment activities
Understanding JDs given by client & working accordingly
Job postings on portals, LinkedIn, etc.
Sourcing candidates on job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.
Thoroughly doing the pre-screening activities & making understanding of the role
Coordinating & scheduling interviews with the clients & follow-ups
Maintaining recruitment tracker, MIS, requirements & candidates status
Industry research about the hiring scenario & possibly new client acquisition too
Benchmarking industries & competitors

Key requirements:-

Must possesses excellent communication skills
Neck for recruitment
Minimum monthly closure must be 4-5 in lateral hiring with an average CTC of 10L plus. Oil & gas/EPC/engineering experience will be a plus
Should be from Palava City or nearby(Dombivli, Kalyan, etc.)
