Key Deliverables:

Configure and maintain Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
Support and execute annual compensation review cycles including bonus and equity
Lead Workday compensation enhancements and project implementations
Ensure HR data compliance with security and privacy policies

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to align compensation technology with HR strategy
Train HR users and support change management for Workday-related updates
Drive innovation and improvements in compensation configuration and reporting
Partner with global teams and vendors to deliver scalable HRIS solutions
