We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in .NET, Angular/React, and full-stack development, complemented by domain knowledge in manufacturing. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and scaling robust technology solutions aligned with business objectives, with opportunities to cross-skill in artificial intelligence (AI). This position also requires strong people management skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture Design and Implementation: Define and document architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, particularly within manufacturing systems. Ensure that solutions align with business goals, incorporating best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Technical Guidance and Cross-Skilling in AI: Provide technical expertise in .NET, Angular/React, and full-stack frameworks, supporting teams with in-depth guidance. Develop proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, applying them to manufacturing use cases and enhancing solution capabilities. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, ensuring that solutions meet end-user needs and business objectives. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Assess and select appropriate technologies and platforms based on performance, compatibility, and cost, ensuring they align with project goals.
