Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics AX

As an AX Solution Architect in Bangalore, your role involves providing strategic consultation and recommendations throughout the business processes analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases of the AX 2012 R3 system. It is essential to actively promote high-level quality standards for the IT landscape being implemented and embrace Agile practices while adhering to guidelines in all phases of the SDLC. As a mentor, you will provide functional and technical oversight and coaching to other team members. Your responsibilities will include conducting business process analysis, creating solution design, and preparing detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with proper AX modules use and minimizing customization. You will work with Business and Functional Analysts to determine gaps between requirements and AX 2012 R3 functionality and define solutions to bridge these gaps. Additionally, you will estimate, design, develop, test, and sign-off work items while providing technical oversight and coaching to resolve complex technical issues. Participating in routine and non-routine construction, automation, data migration, and implementation activities is crucial to ensure successful implementation meeting architectural and operational requirements. You will also monitor AX system capacity and performance, recommend improvements as necessary, and demonstrate deep knowledge of various technology disciplines. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in IT systems design, development, deployment, and support. Specific skills required include high-level English communication, technical Microsoft certifications, experience with Dynamics AX development tools, and knowledge of AX 2012 data structures. Moreover, your personal qualities should include excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical abilities, and the capability to influence decisions.
