Software Trainee

As a Software Trainee (Full Stack Java Developer) at Masstech Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include assisting in designing, coding, and debugging Java-based applications. You will collaborate with senior developers on full-stack development, work with databases such as MySQL and Oracle, and actively participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. It is essential to learn and follow Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to REST API development and integration. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and basic data structures. Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring Boot is preferred but not mandatory. A basic understanding of SQL and relational databases is required, along with the ability to utilize version control systems like Git. An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is highly valued. The ideal candidate for this position must hold a qualification of BE, Btech, BSC IT, BCA, MCA, MSC IT, BSC Computer Science, MSC Computer Science, or MBA-IT. This is a full-time office-based role, with working days from Monday to Saturday. The salary structure includes an initial 4 months training with a 5K stipend, followed by 18,000 in hand for 12 months, and 25,000 in hand for the subsequent 8 months. Please note that there is a 2-year bond associated with this position. The interview procedure consists of a Technical Round followed by a Management Round, both of which are Face-to-Face sessions.
