Software QA Tester

As a tester at Toolsvilla.com, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the functionality and usability of new and existing software by conducting thorough testing before its release to guarantee a bug-free user experience. You will collaborate closely with developers to provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement and to deliver high-quality programs that meet the expectations of our customers and sellers. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing software requirements, creating test scenarios, and analyzing system specifications. Additionally, you will be involved in design reviews, offering insights on requirements, product design, and potential issues. Proficiency in testing tools such as JMeter and Selenium, as well as knowledge of tools like New Relic, PM2, Mixpanel, and other APIs, will be essential for this role. You will be expected to analyze test results to identify database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability issues. Furthermore, preparing comprehensive reports on all aspects of software testing and communicating findings to the design team will be crucial. Executing test cases, both manual and automated, and evaluating product code against specifications are integral parts of this position. In case of identifying bugs or errors, you will be responsible for reporting them to the development teams and assisting in troubleshooting the issues. Post-release and post-implementation testing, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle, are also part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this role is a team player, a fast learner, and a visionary individual with at least 2 years of experience in software testing.
