Position/Title : Renewal Specialist Department : Customer Operations Experience : 2 - 5 years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Shifts (if any) : 5.30 / 6.30 pm - 2.30 / 3.30 am Mode of Work: Work from Office for 3 month ( hybrid post 3 months ) Shift allowances & Travel/cab is provided. Role & responsibilities Manage the renewal process, from quoting, contract facilitation, internal approvals, through to ensuring the Order is processed adhering to Customer Operations SLAs. Ensure all Renewal and Sales activities are within the approval guidelines to protect and drive a positive increase to ARR. Proactively provide customers with a renewal proposal at least 90 days prior to renewal date. Communicate changes in ARR against planned renewal bookings & losses. Negotiate special pricing and validate at point of order. Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems. Provide service to customers via telephone and email regarding licensing, renewal, billing, or sales inquiries. Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer support (Sales, Customer Success, Support). Manage attrition for assigned customers by handling any requests to cancel renewal contracts. Coordinate with necessary departments to identify opportunities to save the renewal, help drive retention and resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate health/risk status for assigned customers by routinely reviewing key indicators, such as support requests, implementation status, and usage. Contact customers at various points during their renewal term to identify opportunities for upsell and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Reach out to new customers to ensure successful onboarding. Assist with Export license requests when necessary. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management. The Impact you will have in this role: The WDS governance team defines operational frameworks along with continual improvement related to environmental sustainability, facility resilience, and WDS technology systems. The role will support DTCCs energy/ environmental framework oversight & maintain WDS technology system day to day cybersecurity. Your Primary Responsibilities: Maintain and Update WDS network device assets inventory for audit every year. Remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities identified on any WDS devices. Maintain complete WDS IT assets lifecycle management for all devices Report findings, remediation steps, & remediation schedule for the firmware and software upgrade. Prepare and update technical procedures, standards & network technical documents Coordinate with IT network for requirements with internal teams and management Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalates appropriately Facilitate user access for in scope servers & devices. Comply with DTCC incident, change and problem management requirement , Validate WDS network connected devices are in compliance with DTCC IT governance, Provide bi-weekly reporting showing status of WDS network connected devices Provide enterprise support to WDS quality management framework including continual improvement Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately. Responsibilities: Meet with prospective clients to explain the benefits and risks of hardware and software asset management Support IT Asset Management (ITAM) engagements that include maturity assessments, gap analysis, process improvements, tool selection, and implementation Prepare deliverables and presentation material to clients in addition to leading client presentations and data gathering sessions to support ITAM initiatives Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients for ITAM and adjacent functions including Change Management and Release Management Support the development of internal ITAM tools and training materials Help develop intellectual property Qualifications: 4 -6 years of experience in software asset management Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred Understand the basic ITAM principles from a physical, financial, and contractual perspective Knowledge of ITAM technology platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Flexera preferred Effective written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills Minimal travel 0%-10%
