You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading and guiding the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead and oversee the software development process. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
