15 years full time educationSummary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Full Stack Development - Strong understanding of microservices architecture - Experience in cloud technologies like AWS or Azure - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools - Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
