Job Description

Lead the end-to-end deveopment of a Java/J2EE-based appication using modern fu-stack technoogies. Deveop responsive and accessibe front-end interfaces using ReactJS in a microservices-based architecture. Buid and maintain robust backend services, incuding the design and integration of RESTfu APIs. Coaborate with team members across different ayers of the tech stack as we as product management to deiver cohesive, high-performance features. Work across Linux and Windows operating systems to ensure broad compatibiity and depoyment readiness. Transate functiona business requirements and technica specifications into reiabe and maintainabe software. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure product quaity and performance. Drive greenfied initiatives, and infuence product direction whie mentoring junior engineers across cross-functiona teams to shape technica strategy. Activey participate in Agie ceremonies (daiy stand-ups, sprint panning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement. Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise 11+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on fu ifecyce design and deveopment of coud-native enterprise appications. Proficient in buiding front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and integrating with backend APIs. Backend deveopment experience using GoLang and Java, especiay in fu stack contexts. Strong understanding of RESTfu API design, consumption, and integration across frontend and backend services. Skied in working with Postgres or other reationa databases, incuding query optimization and frontend-data binding. Hands-on experience in depoying fu stack appications on AWS and RedHat OpenShift (OCP/ROSA), with the abiity to buid end-to-end coud-native soutions. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and configuration management using toos ike Jira and Git. Experience with monitoring toos suited for fu stack observabiity such as ELK Stack, Instana, and Grafana. Strong testing background with Seenium, JUnit, SonarQube, and frontend testing toos (e.g., Jest, Cypress). Exposure to She scripting and Node.js for task automation and ightweight services. Experience working in Agie/Scrum environments, with strong coaboration skis. Exposure to security domain concepts, especiay UI-facing aspects ike OAuth, CSP, and secure session management, woud be added advantage. Effective cross-functiona coaboration skis in muti-team, muti-region environments. Preferred technica and professiona experience Famiiarity with backend architectura design patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture). Working knowedge of Section 508 and WCAG accessibiity standards. Experience with Carbon Design System or simiar UI frameworks. Prior experience designing and deveoping UI frameworks depoyed as SaaS offerings. Knowedge and experience in security and privacy by design principes. Hands-on experience with cryptographic agorithms, protocos (e.g., TLS, FIPS), and Java security frameworks. Understanding of security vunerabiities, secure coding practices, and impementation of appropriate resoutions.
