We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Fresher to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves lead generation via LinkedIn and supporting the sales/marketing team in outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential leads based on target criteria. Maintain and update lead data in Excel or CRM systems. Craft and send personalized connection messages and follow-ups. Track response rates and report on lead generation effectiveness. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for prospect handovers. Conduct basic research on target companies and decision-makers. Requirements: Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in marketing or sales support. Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking. Good written English communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. Available for immediate joining in Mumbai.
