Social Media Strategist

Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness, driving online engagement, and supporting marketing goals through content creation, campaign management, and platform strategy. This role also involves coordinating with external agencies and working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with professional and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development & Execution Collaborate with senior team members to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation. Work with internal teams to manage and optimize digital marketing budgets for maximum ROI. 2. Social Media Marketing Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Develop and curate engaging content: posts, videos, stories, and graphics. Use tools like Canva or coordinate with designers/agencies for content production. Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and grow followers. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and recommend improvements. Coordinate with external agencies handling social media management and content creation. 3. Email Marketing Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promotions). Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open and conversion rates. Track performance and continuously optimize email communication strategies. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail. Experience with tools like: Meta Business Suite Mailchimp Canva Google Analytics Buffer or Hootsuite Familiarity with CMS platforms (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and a strong team player with a diligent work ethic.
