Social Media Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our brands social media presence across platforms. This role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is passionate about digital storytelling, has an analytical mindset, and thrives on creating engaging content strategies that drive audience growth and brand awareness.

Job Overview:

This role requires the candidate to work from 11 AM to 8 PM IST. Additionally, they must be available during live conference hours, which may include extended shifts to cover events in Dubai and the USA, and be on call for urgent, ad-hoc requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand voice.Research and stay current on industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity.Create and manage a content calendar across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality and platform-specific posts, reels, carousels, stories, polls, and more.Write compelling copy tailored to different social channels and target demographics.

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
Strong portfolio showcasing social campaigns, content calendars, or analytics reports.Deep understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Background in a niche like healthcare, technology, or events is a plus.
