Job Title: SMO Executive Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site) Company: Servicensure – Digital Marketing Solutions Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Servicensure is looking for a creative and results-driven SMO Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms Optimize social media profiles (bio, links, visuals) for maximum visibility and SEO value Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to craft timely and relevant posts Run campaigns to drive traffic, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Collaborate with the content and design teams for creative visuals and copy Track KPIs (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR) and prepare performance reports Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community Stay updated with latest SMO tools, algorithm changes, and best practices Requirements: Proven work experience as an SMO Executive or Social Media Marketer Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics dashboards Strong creative writing and visual sense Knowledge of basic SEO, hashtags, and content optimization In-depth understanding of all major social media channels and trends Why Join Servicensure?
