As the Social Media Marketing Manager for WGBL at Welspun World, your main responsibility will be to create and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various social media and ecommerce platforms. This strategy aims to enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive meaningful interactions with audiences to improve brand perception and support business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to develop and implement the social media strategy, define key performance indicators (KPIs), supervise social media content creation, evaluate the success of campaigns, and stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Utilizing tools like Buffer, you will work with copywriters and designers to ensure that the content is both informative and visually appealing. Additionally, you will attend industry conferences, monitor SEO performance and user engagement metrics, suggest content optimizations, engage with industry professionals and influencers on social media platforms, provide feedback to the team, and adhere to relevant rules and regulations. Regularly reporting to Senior Management on the progress of the social media marketing strategy is also a crucial part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong understanding of digital technologies and social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a creative flair for expressing the company's views effectively. The ability to drive high levels of web traffic and customer engagement through effective social media management is essential for success in this role. Your interactions in this role will include internal communication with various departments, external communication with industry professionals and influencers, and engagement with both top and mid-management levels within the organization.
