Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative content ideas.
Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.
Assist in creating performance reports.
Support influencer marketing and collaborations by coordinating content briefs and tracking results.
